How we help
We take care of treatment coordination, so you can take care of your family. When you enroll in PTC Cares, a dedicated Case Manager will be there to support your family throughout your journey. We’ll provide the expertise you need to help make the process of getting treatment easier on you.

Verify insurance coverage
Unsure about your insurance coverage? We’ll work to help manage your insurance requirements and navigate the insurance process throughout treatment.

Review out-of-pocket costs
Worried about affordability? We can help you understand your options. If you need help covering treatment costs, we can help you explore your options and let you know if you’re eligible for financial assistance programs.

Coordinate with specialty pharmacies
Looking for seamless medication delivery? We’ll help you manage delivery of your medication and refills to help ensure your medicine arrives when and where you need it.

Connect you with additional information and support
Need help that goes beyond treatment? Whether you need practical or emotional support, we can connect you to a network of support that includes other families and peers or patient advocacy groups. We’re just a phone call away.

Work with your healthcare provider
Not sure what information is needed for your prescription? We'll work with your healthcare provider to help collect any information we may need to support your prescription.

Reach out to see how you’re doing
Need additional support? We'll reach out to see how you’re doing and answer any questions you may have to further support your treatment journey.
