The overall prescription and insurance process is handled by your PTC Cares case manager. They are your go-to person to make sure your treatment experience runs smoothly.

When it’s time for a refill, your case manager will work with the specialty pharmacy to handle your refills and any reauthorization requirements to ensure that you continue to receive your medicine and continue treatment uninterrupted.
