After completing the insurance evaluation to determine your coverage, your personal case manager will call to explain any Patient Support Services available to you.
If you have commercial insurance and qualify for assistance, we can offer a copay assistance program to cover out-of-pocket costs associated with PTC products.
If you need additional assistance, the PTC Cares program will direct you to independent charitable patient assistance foundations that might be able to help you with out-of-pocket costs.
Patients whose insurance denies coverage or who have no insurance are eligible to apply for our free drug program. This program has eligibility requirements and requires an application.
The Bridge Program allows patients currently on a PTC product to continue receiving it free of charge while waiting for insurance verification of coverage. This is a temporary program to maintain continuity of care for those already taking a PTC product while insurance coverage is evaluated.

NORD provides assistance programs to help patients obtain life-saving or life-sustaining medication they cannot otherwise afford. These programs provide medication, financial assistance with insurance premiums and copays, diagnostic testing assistance, and travel assistance for clinical trials or consultation with disease specialists.
